What's New: Workflow Action Groups for Grouped Approvals

Overview: We’re updating the workflow user assignment process by implementing action groups for tiered approvals within the same workflow step.
What's Changing:
- Workflow steps now organize assigned users by action groups. Action groups allow workflow steps to be setup with multiple levels of users, user actions, and approval requirements.
- Pending workflow steps now depend on all action groups finishing before being able to complete the step (i.e. each approval requirement needs to be satisfied).
- Assigning workflow creators can be scoped to a specific action group or to their own action group.
- Historical and pending workflows will be updated and formatted to use action groups, but functionality will stay the same.
- Workflow PDFs are now based off the workflow page, have improved formatting and now include image attachments.
- Workflow design and UI has updated, but kept in similar style.
Impact: Workflow steps can now be setup to have multiple “Approve” groups with individual approval requirements. This will improve the workflow template setup and limit the need for individual steps to be setup based on approval needs.
