What's New: Additional Scheduling Behaviour - Overdue then Missed

Overview: We’re adding a new scheduling behaviour for recurring tasks to give you more flexibility in how task statuses are handled when a task passes its completion date.
Previous Behaviour: When a scheduled task reached its completion date, it was marked as either Overdue or Missed.
What's Changing: A new option, Overdue then Missed when next becomes active, is now available for recurring tasks.
With this option:
- A task will remain Overdue after its completion date has passed.
- When the next recurrence becomes Active, the previous task will automatically change from Overdue to Missed.
- This option will also be available when configuring Schedule Defaults.
Impact: This provides a clearer view of recurring task status by distinguishing between tasks that are currently overdue and tasks that have been missed because the next occurrence has started.
